The annual international meeting for the duty-free industry
The trade in duty-free products has taken off in an incredible way, as can be seen from the Tax-Free World Exhibition, the largest trade fair in the sector. This event, unique in the world, will take place from 1-5 October 2018 this year. The international trade fair will offer a tailor-made programme for the representatives of the largest brands in the luxury industry. Meetings based on conferences and workshops, where experiences, ideas business are shared and created, every October at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. True to its reputation for attracting the speakers who have shaped our world, this edition will place former secretary general of NATO, Anders Fogh RASMUSSEN, and scientific pilot Bertrand PICCARD on centre stage.

Products from the most prestigious brands in the world will be presented as a preview in Cannes. The full catalogue of these products will be available in the world’s airports, a few months prior to the event. This duty-free industry trade fair will also offer a programme of conferences, various forums and workshops that will bring together the sector’s professionals.
TFWA Digital Village
For the second consecutive year, the TFWA Digital will showcase the digital solutions to the range of consumption methods that are currently undergoing major change. This exhibition will occupy 840m² on the first floor of the Gare Maritime for 3 full days (from Tuesday 2 to Friday 5 October). Those wishing to discover new technologies will be able to meet with over 30 exhibitors representing the most innovative of retailers.

In order to enable delegates to enjoy the sun in the Côte d’Azur, they will be offered several activities before the official start of the exhibition: golf tournament, outdoor yoga, jogging along La Croisette and even an initiation in a sport emblematic of the South of France with a pétanque tournament.
