ESPORTS BAR, digital at the heart of the game !

Following the success of its event in February 2017 at the Radisson Blu 1835 Thalasso & Hotel in Cannes, the next Esports Bar will be at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes from 12 to 14 February.

But what, in fact, is ESPORT? Also known as electronic sport, it is a discipline involving players who do battle on line. These players, like in more traditional sports, take part in tournaments and obtain classifications, whether individually or as a team, at town, country or even global level. While the phenomenon, which started in the United States, has been around for 15 years, it is still being structured in Europe and particularly in France.

A reference event launched in February 2017 and offering individual meetings and networking opportunities with some one hundred visionary leaders, Esports Bar Cannes is being repeated in 2018 in a wider fashion, with expert sessions, mentoring, sponsored workshops and other networking events.

Several companies will also be present at the Esports Bar Cannes, among which Activision Blizzard, Air Asia, Badminton World Federation, Battlefly, Critical Force, CNB Esports, Danone Waters, Domino's Pizza, Dreamback, Dynamo Kiev, EDF, Electronic Arts, ESforce, ESL, European Broadcasting Union, Fnatic, G2, Hyper X, IBM, Intel, Lagardere Sports Germany, Mediapro, Mastercard, Millenial Esports, Orange, Pepsico,, Renault, Super Evil Megacorp, Superchannel, Team Empire, Team Vitality, The Coca-Cola Company, Turner Sports, Visa, Voyages SCNF and Webedia.

The first international B2B networking event dedicated to electronic sports

This new BtoB event will bring electronic sports professionals and their commercial partners together in Cannes for 3 days, in order to facilitate relations on a global scale between traditional investors and the international “esport” companies.

A new event on the calendar of professional events organized in Cannes and one that enters the digital era, making Cannes visible to a new high-potential target.
